The Judgment Seat of Christ
This 10-part series is absolutely essential for anyone who professes to be a Christian. Each video is roughly 50 minutes in length and is taught by Pastor David O’Steen of Hope Bible Church in Georgia.
As members of the Body of Christ, each of us is one day going to stand before the Lord Jesus Christ and we will give account for our service, not for our sins. You wont find the term “Judgment Seat of Christ” in any epistle outside of the apostle Paul’s 13 epistles. It is part of the Mystery that God revealed to us through Paul, the apostle of the Gentiles (Rom 11:13).
THE issue at the Judgment Seat of Christ will be the quality of every man’s/woman’s work. It is work, not workS. There are certainly works involved, but the issue is THE work. What is that?
Am I not an apostle? am I not free? have I not seen Jesus Christ our Lord? are not ye my work in the Lord?
1 Cor 9:1
For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Are not even ye in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming?
1 Thes 2:19
The work refers to the people that we minister to. “The work of the ministry ” (Eph 4:12), God’s ministry, is what we are to be about and it is what will be judged (gold, silver, precious stones) at the Judgment Seat of Christ.
The truth of the matter is that every Bible-believing Christian should guide their life and make daily decisions in light of the Judgment Seat of Christ to come. This 10-part series will assist you with preparing for that day!

Lesson 1 of this 10-part series is the Introduction and reviews key verses pertaining to this subject.
Lesson 2 is focused upon the difference between the Christian’s standing vs. state.
Lesson 3 is focused upon the twofold purpose of God – do you understand the difference between Prophecy and Mystery? Do you understand God’s plan for the earth and God’s plan for heaven?

Lesson 6 focuses upon who it is we are to glorify as we co-labor with Christ within the ministry.
Lesson 7 provides an overview of the various mysteries that were revealed to the apostle Paul, with an emphasis upon our being stewards of them.
Lesson 8 discusses just what the reward (crowns?) is/are at the Judgment Seat of Christ.
Lesson 9 discusses the loss that will be suffered on that day and how we can act now to avoid loss.
Lesson 10 is all about how we can prepare for that impending day. The Judgment Seat of Christ is on the near horizon and we can act now to positively influence that day.
